The nature of our service means that personal and sensitive information is discussed and recorded in order to ensure we can meet your healthcare needs in ways that are appropriate to you. This specific type of information is required in order for us to meet our legal obligations as a provider.

How information about you will be used?

The information we collect about you is primarily used to provide appropriate psychological healthcare services.

We will not share your information with anyone outside of INSneuro CIC if you are only purchasing online courses/programmes or receiving digital resources unless we are legally obliged to do so.

We may share information regarding your care with your consent, with other professionals involved in your care. This includes Healthcare professionals such as  GP’s, therapists and Hospital Consultants, and Local Authority professionals, Legal professionals such as solicitors and lawyers. Any relevant person identified by you, such as your legal deputy. We will only share your information with your consent in order to provide safe and timely healthcare services or as required by law.

Personal information supplied to us is used in a number of ways, for example.

• To agree an assessment or rehabilitation plan

To review your rehabilitation/therapy needs

• To monitor your progress in therapy or rehabilitation

• To help us provide health and wellbeing courses and services online.

How will we use this information?

Upon completion of your initial assessment, we compile an assessment and/or 

rehabilitation plan which sets out agreed steps in order to meet your identified needs. This is regularly reviewed and updated. 

With your consent, we also use this information to liaise with others involved in your care such as your representative, relevant health and social care colleagues, other professionals and designated family members.

We also use information you share with us to supply you with courses and other resources as requested/purchased.

Access to your information and corrections

All information held in your name is available for you to look at. You can ask us to remove information which is inaccurate.  Please email us at (admin@insneurocic.co.uk).

When you use our website, we use cookies to provide us with anonymous information about visitors to the website.
